How to manage holiday hours from Merchant Portal

This guide explains how to manage your holiday hours within the Merchant Portal.

 

Access the Portal and Location

  1. Go to the URL: admin.craverapp.com and sign in to your Merchant Portal.

  2. Select Locations, and then choose the specific location you want to update.

Set up holiday hours

  1. Select Holiday hours.

  2. Select the date from the date picker.

  3. Set the time slots.

    • To add multiple time slots for the day, select the Plus sign (+).

    • To remove a time slot, select the Minus sign (-).

  4. Alternatively, toggle whether to close for the day or open 24 hours.

  5. To add more dates, click Add holiday hours.

  6. To remove a date, select the Trash icon.

Final Step: Apply Changes

  • To ensure all your saved hours are reflected in the app, click Apply changes on the top-right corner to update the app.
