To cancel an order:
In the Merchant Portal, go to Orders in the left pane
Select the order you want to cancel.
In the order dialog, go to Status and select Cancel.
Select Save.
Note:
It may take a few seconds for the status to update to Canceled.
- Partial refunds cannot be processed in the merchant portal, only the full order total
- For Door Dash or Uber delivery orders where an driver has already been dispatched, contact the delivery provider directly to cancel the driver request in addition to cancelling the order in the merchant portal.
Square POS integration: If you use Square POS, canceling an order in the Merchant Portal automatically updates the order in your POS and refunds the transaction to the customer directly.
