How to manage categories' positioning from Merchant Portal

Access the Portal and Categories

1. Go to the URL: admin.craverapp.com and sign in to your Merchant Portal.

2. Select Categories, and then choose the specific category you want to reposition.

Change category order 

1. Under Category Placements, in the Position Ordering box, enter the number for the category's new position.

   Note: For example, enter 1 to make the category appear first.

2. Select Apply changes from the top-right corner.

3. Repeat these steps for other categories you want to reorder.

Note: If two categories have the same position number, the will be randomly displayed. 

If you menu is integrated with Square, these changes can be made in Craver and will not be overridden after a menu sync.
