Access Delivery Settings
From your merchant portal, navigate to Locations in the side menu.
Select the specific location you wish to configure.
Scroll down to find Delivery Settings.
Manage/Change Existing Zones
Review the map preview or the list of created zones at the bottom of the page.
To modify a zone, click the zone name in the list.
Update the Name, Delivery Fee, Minimum Order Amount, or Below Minimum Fee.
Click Save.
To remove a zone, click the Trash icon next to the zone name and select Delete.
Create a Zone via KML (1:30)
Open Google My Maps: https://www.google.com/maps/d/ in your browser.
Click Create a New Map.
Use the search bar to find your delivery area.
Select Untitled Layer and rename it to identify the zone.
This does not show up on the app.Click the Draw a line icon and select Add line or shape.
Click on the map to draw a polygon boundary for your delivery area.
Close the shape by clicking the starting point, name the area, and click Save.
Click the three-dot menu next to the map title.
Select Export to KML/KMZ.
Select Entire Map or the specific layer from the dropdown menu.
Select the checkbox for Export as KML (instead of KMZ).
Click Download.
Add the KML file to the Merchant Portal
Return to the Merchant Portal.
Click Create Delivery Zones via KML.
Select the downloaded .kml file from your computer.
Click Yes to confirm the upload.
Click the newly created zone name in the list to configure the Delivery Fee and Minimum Order Amount.
Click Save.
Create a Zone by Radius (7:10)
Click Create Zone by Radius.
Enter a descriptive Name for the zone.
Enter the Delivery Fee.
Set the Minimum Order Amount required for delivery.
Set the Below Minimum Fee charged for orders that do not meet the minimum amount.
Enter the Radius distance.
Choose the distance unit (Kilometers or Miles).
Click Save.
Apply Changes
Review all zones in the map preview to ensure accuracy.
Click Apply Changes in the top-right corner to finalize and publish the delivery settings.
